*TIPS ON HOW TO REMAIN POOR*

*1. _Never wake up early._* Keep stretching and turning in bed until you get too hungry to continue dozing. If there are no bed bugs, why hurry to get up?

*2. _Never plan how to spend your money._* Whenever you get money, start spending it right away and when it’s finished, you try to count and recall how you spent it.

*3. _Don’t think of saving until you have real big money._* How can you save when you earn so little? Those telling you to save are not sympathetic to your burning needs.

*4. _Don’t engage in activities usually reserved for the “uneducated”._* How can you, a graduate, engage in petty trade, network marketing or home-based production? That’s for people who never went to school!

*5. _Don’t think of starting a business until an angel comes from heaven and gives you capital._* How do they expect you to invest before you get millions? Even though more than half the businesses in your town were started with little capital, you as a smart person can only start with millions.

*6. _Complain about everything except your own attitude and laziness._* Blame the system, the government and the banks that refused to lend you money. They are all bad and do not want you to get rich.

*7. _Spend more than you earn._* To achieve this, buy consumer products on credit and keep borrowing from friends and employers.

*8. _Compete in dressing._* Make sure you’re wearing the latest clothes. Intimidate the congregation with your trendy fashions every Sunday. Whenever your neighbour buys a new phone, you get one that is more expensive.

*9. _Get yourself a nice second hand car_* that costs more than three times your yearly salary.

*10. _Give your children everything they ask for since you’re such a loving parent._* They should not struggle for anything because you do not want them to suffer that way, they will grow up lazy and hence poor enough to ensure they can’t help you at old age

*GOOD LUCK.🙊

Chinese netizens report US$14 billion losses in Internet fraud

China’s online population suffered a total loss of 91.5 billion yuan (13.8 billion US dollars) in the past year due to spam messages, cyber fraud and leakage of personal information, according to a recent report.

The Internet Society of China on Thursday released its annual "Survey Report on Protecting Netizens' Rights and Interests," which showed that on average, a Chinese online user lost about 133 yuan (20 US dollars) in the period ending in June 2016.

Nine percent of netizens incurred over 1,000 yuan (151 US dollars) of losses.

The calculation is based on data from the China Internet Network Information Center which says China had an online population of 688 million as of the end of 2015, about half of the country’s entire population.

Two major media for online trickery are spam emails and text messages.

In the first half of 2016, people on average received 18.9 junk emails and 20.6 junk messages on weekly basis.

The report indicates that people were most annoyed by spam telephone calls, followed by advertisements pop-ups on their computers and phone applications.

Amid rampant cyber scams and theft cases in recent years, China has stepped up efforts to better safeguard individuals’ information security.

In 2015, China concluded 6,221 criminal cases using the Internet for fraud-related crimes, crimes of provoking troubles or other unlawful offences, according to a work report by the Supreme People's Court.

Adrenaline junkie aims high to support football team

30-year-old Johannes Höhn went to great lengths to express loyalty to his national football team. The German photographer played keepy-uppy on the edge of a rock eerily jutting 1,100 meters above a lake in Norway. His scary stunt on the Trolltungo, a rock ledge that sticks out over the lake Ringedalsvatnet, came as a way to show support for Germany in Euro 2016. While the snaps show Höhn deftly juggling the ball, he later admitted that he wasn’t as calm as he had appeared. Looking at the shots still makes him “nervous,” he told the Daily Mail.

Mr Cameron made the announcement in a statement outside Downing Street after the final result was announced.

He said he would attempt to "steady the ship" over the coming weeks and months but that "fresh leadership" was needed.

The PM had urged the country to vote Remain, warning of economic and security consequences of an exit, but the UK voted to Leave by 52% to 48%.

England and Wales voted strongly for Brexit, while London, Scotland and Northern Ireland backed staying in.
